In order to fulfill the needs of mining industry, metallurgy industry and so on, we designed and developed ZGB(P) Series Slurry Pumps which has the features of large flow, high head, multi-stages in series on the basis of our experience in developing pumps and bringing advanced domestic and foreign technique.
The main technical features of the pumps are as follows:
1.adopting CAD designing method, and it has reliable hydraulic performance,high efficiency and lower abrasion rate;
2.Wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH;Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal are adopted to prevent slurry from leakage;
3.Reliable design method ensures long MTBF (mean time between events);adopting metric bearing with oil lubrication, reasonable lubrication and cooling systems to ensure the bearing to run on the status of low temperature;
4.flow through parts are made of special material which has good performance of abrasion-resistant and corrosive resistant;
5.The pumps can be used for seawater ash-removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist, and electrochemical corrosion ;
6.The pumps can be installed in series with multi-stage within allowable pressure.The maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6MPa
This series of pumps are featured by reasonable structure ,high efficiency, reliable performance. It is easy to examine and repair. They are widely used for handling the mixture of abrasive and corrosive solids in the field of metallurgy industry, mining industry, chemical industry, especially for handling ash and sludge of electric power station.
