Content introduction
Problem: pump does not water, pressure gauge and true empty meter pointer beat violently.

The reason:
The suction pipe is not filled with water
Blocked suction line or inadequate valve opening
The inlet pipe of the pump, the meter or the stuffing box are serious

Cleaning method:
Fill the pump with water
Open the inlet door and clean the clogged part of the pipeline
Plug the leak area and check whether the packing is wet or compressed

Problem: The pump does not produce water, and the vacuum gauge indicates a high vacuum

The reason:
Inlet valve is not open or has silted
Suction line resistance is too high or blocked
Suction height is too high

Cleaning method:
Open valve or desilting
Improved design of suction lines or desilting
Lower mounting height
