The pile driver should pay attention to the following points during the piling process to avoid accidents:
-
- A red light should be installed on the top of the column of the crawler pile driver (hereinafter referred to as the pile driver) (when it is working at night, it must be turned on) to warn the surrounding crowd, and it is recommended that the user install it according to the actual situation.
-
- The top of the crawler piling rig column should be connected with a lightning rod according to the regulations, and the work should be stopped in case of thunderstorm during operation to protect personal and property safety.
-
- When the pile driver is working, the pile driver should be reliably grounded to reduce the risk of personal electric shock.
-
- When the wind force is greater than level 6 during operation, the pile driver should stop the operation, and the oil cylinder should be used as an auxiliary support. If necessary, a wind rope should be added for fixing. When the crawler is piled, avoid the collision between the drill pipe reinforcement cage and other columns.
-
- When the drill pipe or pile is driven into the ground, it is strictly forbidden to move the pile frame.
-
- When the crawler pile driver is drilling, the current of the pile driver's ammeter shall not exceed 100A. If the ammeter current exceeds 100A, the drill pipe should stop and descend slowly, and the rotor always keeps turning. If the current drops below 100 amps and is stable, the drill pipe can continue to decline slowly.
-
- When pulling the pile and pressing the pile, the front part of the pile frame should not be lifted.
-
- In order to accurately align the pile position, the crawler pile frame can be allowed to walk and move the pile position and rotate the mechanism. When the position of the rotating pile frame is not accurate, you can continue to walk back and forth or rotate to ensure accuracy.
