Because cleaning galvanized coating wastes a lot of time and reduces production, it is very important to properly clean and effectively rinse the substrate before electroplating.

Zinc is a silver-white metal, brittle at room temperature, soluble in acid and alkali, known as amphoteric metal. Pure zinc is more stable in dry air, and small in humid air or water containing carbon dioxide and oxygen. A thin film layer of basic zinc carbonate will be formed on the surface, which can delay the corrosion rate of zinc layer. The corrosion resistance of galvanized layer in aqueous solution of acid, alkali and sodium chloride is relatively strong. It is also not resistant to corrosion in atmospheres containing carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide and in Marine atmospheres; In high temperature and high humidity air and containing organic acid atmosphere is small, galvanized layer is also easy to be corroded.

Because of the large size of the  barbed rope, the rope factory is used to packing. If you do not pack, then a load of blade rope can not hold many pieces, but also relatively occupy space and easy to be lost in the process of transportation.

Unless the stainless steel blade barbed rope is specially customized, it is usually produced by the mould with the knife length of 22mm, which is the BTO-22 type we usually call. This is not necessarily the specification from 11mm to 65mm are specifications. Unless the customer insists on customized length requirements, the barbed rope manufacturer will produce BTO-22 stainless steel blade barbed rope.

We can complete the installation of ordinary double-strand barbed rope by using wood shaft or even trees, but the blade barbed rope has high requirements for construction.
